Experience It Travel Co was established in 2022 by Bruce Carroll. An educator by day, Bruce has always had a love of travel.  it was probably first instilled in him by his parents, with frequent trips to Disney World and England, among other places, while growing up.  Bruce and his family love traveling, and he loves creating experiences for his children through traveling.  In addition to traveling, Bruce enjoys attending concerts and athletic events, especially the Buffalo Bills, UNC Tar Heels and the Carolina Hurricanes.  He is currently on a quest with his dad to visit all 30 MLB ballparks. In addition to traveling, Bruce plays keyboards in a cover band called Homegrown UNION!

Bruce decided to open Experience It Travel Co to help others plan memorable trips and experiences for their family and friends. In 2025, Bruce decided to expand Experience It Travel Co, and began working with and coaching a group of agents who also booked travel under the Experience It Travel Co brand!
